The Agricola Taurino was founded in the 1960s in Squinzano, in the heart of Salento, thanks to the passion and hard work of Pino and Maria, a visionary couple with a clear dream: to create a solid future for their children in a land kissed by the sun and caressed by the wind. Here, among olive trees and vineyards, the second generation, Donato and Rosaria, grew up. In 2002, they took a significant step forward with the construction of a modern olive oil mill, elevating the production of extra virgin olive oil to new heights. Today, the third generation continues the family tradition, overseeing the entire production chain and promoting olive oil tourism, where visitors can experience the magic of the harvest and taste the authentic flavours of Salento, in an experience that celebrates the passion for the land and the family.
